Their portfolio includes a newly completed luxury oceanfront apartment in Coolangatta, which could fetch as much as $6million on the current market.
They also own a penthouse in nearby Tweed Heads which was purchased in 2019 for $1.175million.
According to Proptrack, the stunning three-bedroom pad with its panoramic ocean views is worth $2.05million.

Built overlooking Rainbow Bay on the Queensland border, the architect-designed 13-storey block is worth $100million and features 21 deluxe apartments.
Barber and Robin bought off the plan for $3.8million, with local real estate agents now estimating the ocean-facing spread is worth a whopping $6million.
A recent sale in the building on the same floor as the former couple went for $4.65million.
Real Estate sources confirmed to the Courier Mail that the resale value for Rockpool properties has doubled in value since the development began construction in 2023.
The publication reports that Barber and Robin have not confirmed they plan to sell their Rockpool apartment.
Offerings in the prestige block include three, four and five-bedroom spreads, with each floor hosting only two apartments.
Highlights include private balconies with built-BBQ, floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan living, and a lavish marble kitchen.

The couple share two sons named Lou Robin and Buddy Robin, while Robin has two daughters from a previous marriage.
Robin shared his emotional message about the couple’s decision to break up in February.
‘The past few months have been incredibly challenging and deeply heartbreaking for us both,’ his post captioned ‘Heavy hearts’ began.
‘After much reflection, the decision has been made to separate.
‘There is still love and respect between us, but sadly we are at capacity and have come to recognise we may want for different things.
‘Our priority remains our children and their wellbeing. We kindly ask for privacy and understanding as we navigate this.’
The couple have lived in their Tweed Heads pad on the NSW/Queensland border for the last six years.
Barber, who rose to fame for her celebrity parodies and comedy skits, had previously written and posted about Robin frequently, referring to him as the ‘hot husband’ and ‘Māori Adonis’.
