Jennifer Hawkins is set to offload her $6 million country getaway on the Central Coast, New South Wales.

No price has been listed for the sprawling waterside estate, which the 41-year-old former Miss Universe bought with her husband Jake Wall, 42, in 2021.

Located in Terrigal, 95 km from Sydney, the property spans 3.3 hectares and includes a grand seven-bedroom, four-bathroom two-storey mansion.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Hawkins and Wall, who are leasing a home nearby, had plans to demolish the house.

But the publication reports that a development approval was never submitted to the local council during the time the couple have had the house.

Beautifully positioned on a hill overlooking a lagoon, the home, currently vacant, features cavernous interiors, French windows and high ceilings.

Highlights include a private dining room with wrap-around glass walls that make the most of the view overlooking the surrounding manicured gardens.

There’s also a separate lounge perfect for a media centre, and a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry.

Other highlights include a second-storey balcony off the main bedroom that offers stunning water views and a downstairs ‘family room’.

Design features include timber flooring and a covered alfresco entertainment space, while each of the bedrooms boasts views of the surrounding countryside.

The expansive grounds include a private dam, while an underground car park can accommodate six vehicles.

It comes after Hawkins recently sold off her in-progress Sydney beachside mega-mansion in an off-market sale worth $30 million.

Reports of the sale of the property, where construction has continued for four years, surfaced last month.

The sprawling Whale Beach site continues to be developed by Hawkins and Jake Wall’s company, J Group Projects, despite reports of complaints from nearby residents over the ongoing work.

While Wall is overseeing the development, local sources confirm a private sale of their lavish property took place directly with a neighbour.

Property records now show a company owned by purchaser David Appleby lodged the caveat for the site.

Since demolition on the Hawkins site began in 2021, several neighbouring properties have changed hands, though it’s unclear if the sales are connected to the ongoing construction.

Last year, it was reported that Whale Beach locals were furious with the ongoing development as the ‘constant stream of trucks’ continued to block the narrow street and park for ‘hours on end’.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, residents in the surrounding homes were reeling and one neighbour had his driveway blocked ‘on several occasions’ for hours.

Hawkins and Wall never intended to live in the property, but rather to sell it as an investment.

Aerial footage obtained by Daily Mail shows a construction site set up on the enormous plot of land.

The plot is four times the size of neighbouring mansions.

The original 1950s home was demolished to make way for a modern multi-level mansion.

Its completed design will include a basketball court, swimming pool and large garage.

The high-end property will also have an internal lift connecting all three floors, as well as five bedrooms, multiple living spaces and a large kitchen.

The property will have jaw-dropping oceanside views and sit atop a stunning cliffside close to local amenities.

A newly laid dirt foundation currently covers the construction site, which takes up a double block and sits on a hill overlooking the beach.
