Rapper 50 Cent is one in a number of stars slated to take the stage Friday at a party at Executive Branch, Donald Trump Jr.’s private MAGA club, ahead of Independence Day celebrations.

The Grammy-winning rap artist, whose full name is Curtis James Jackson, leads a group of high-profile musical artists slated to take the stage at the Washington, D.C. club, insiders told the Daily Beast on Sunday.

An insider with the establishment said that other notable names set for the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States also include Timbaland and 50 Cent’s one-time rap rival Ja Rule.

Trump Jr. is a co-owner of the establishment with 1789 Capital executives Christopher Buskirk and Omeed Malik.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for 50 Cent, Timbaland and Ja Rule for further comment on the story.

50 Cent appears to have pivoted in his mentality after a 2024 reveal that he passed on a $3 million payday to take the stage at President Donald Trump’s rally in Madison Square Garden.

Speaking with The Breakfast Club at the time, the rap artist – whose hits include Candy Shop, P.I.M.P. and If I Can’t – said he took a cautious stance when it came to getting involved in political issues.

‘I’m afraid about politics,’ he said. ‘It’s because when you do get involved in it, no matter how you feel, someone passionately disagrees with you.’

In the 2024 interview, 50 Cent said that getting too involved with political matters was ‘the formula for the confusion that sent Kanye [West] to Japan.’

He said that after West ‘said something about’ political matters, his earning potential in the states flattened.

‘Now he can only go to Japan,’ 50 Cent said.

50 Cent in 2019 told the outlet that he passed on a $500,000 offer to appear at President Trump’s 2017 inauguration, saying that ‘every dollar is not a good dollar.’

The establishment has become a social hub for Trump administration higher-ups, according to the outlet.

They include White House AI adviser David Sacks, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, State Department Under Secretary Jacob Helberg and moguls Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss.

The venue served as a host to an afterparty when Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman visited Washington, D.C. last November, according to the report.

Those joining the crown prince at the celebration included Donald Trump Jr. and wife Bettina Trump, Fox News personalities Bret Baier and Laura Ingraham, Florida Sen. Ashley Moody and Pennsylvania Sen. Dave McCormick, according to the report.

The club is located in the Georgetown neighborhood in the nation’s capital, and once was host to a billiards bar.

The planned show comes following a number of complications in The Great American State Fair’s Freedom 250 concert series, which is affiliated with President Trump.

Last month, entertainers such as Morris Day, the Commodores, Martina McBride, Milli Vanilli, C+C Music Factory and Young MC bowed out due to potential political controversies.
