Kris Jenner looked nearly unrecognizable while leaving a spa in Los Angeles on Friday.

The 70-year-old Kardashian/Jenner matriarch showed off her very taut visage while wearing a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses.

She appeared to go makeup-free, though her cheeks were a blushing pink – possibly from a skin treatment – as she left 7Q Spa Laser & Aesthetics Center.

The clinic has locations in Glendale and Calabasas, and offers patients a range of services including Botox, facial sculpting, filler, and laser hair removal.

Jenner was spotted wearing a brown, hooded sweatshirt and she wore her dark hair in its signature bob.

The spa outing comes amid reports that the talent manager is ‘raging’ over her recent $100k facelift ‘slipping.’

She is reportedly less than thrilled with her costly cosmetic procedure nearly one year after going under the knife.

The reality television personality is now said to be planning a ‘revision’ while comparing her results to other celebrity transformations.

She turned heads in May after unveiling her refreshed face while in Paris for daughter Kim Kardashian’s armed robbery trial.

Her lift was performed by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Steven M. Levine.

The go-to doctor’s procedures start at $45,000, and he offers a range of options including a ‘Mini Facelift’ and a ‘Full Facelift.’

Insiders claim Jenner is growing increasingly concerned her results are beginning to fade.

‘Kris Jenner’s facelift is already slipping. She is not happy with the results and is desperate to get a revision – she feels it has not held the way she expected,’ a source told RadarOnline earlier this month.

It comes after the momager revealed what she says is the ‘only’ real thing on her face following her facelift during an episode of The Kardashians.

While chatting with daughter Kim in Paris before a shopping trip, she admitted that her nose is ‘probably the only thing on my face that’s real.’

Kim pointed out that her mom’s teeth are natural, claiming she has ‘never had a veneer.’

Reflecting on the facelift in an August 2025 interview with Vogue Arabia, Jenner explained: ‘I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.’

She added about aging: ‘Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.

‘If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.’
