The pop singer, 44, was pictured leaving the Paw Works pet store in Thousand Oaks hours after Wednesday’s incident, which took place days after she left rehab and pleaded guilty to a DUI.
Spears wore a rumpled beige trench coat that showed off her legs, one of which appeared badly bruised with deep purple marks.
The Toxic hitmaker kept comfortable in a pair of red and white open-toe sandals and shielded her eyes with large black sunglasses.
She wore her platinum blonde hair down and carried a cellphone in her hand as she headed back to her car.
After she got in the passenger seat of her SUV the star kicked her feet up on the dash of her G-Wagon while her driver took the wheel.

‘What’s up world? So I’m about to go see Devil Wears Prada 2,’ she said while sitting inside a car in what appeared to be the driver’s seat.
‘I personally prefer Chanel or Gucci, but yo, if the devil says Prada, I guess we should listen,’ she went on. ‘Anyways, I can’t wait for the buttered popcorn and a Slurpee. F**k yeah! Slurpees, yes, man, yes.’
The star’s rollercoaster of chaos reached another low Wednesday night, as she was caught on camera stocking up at a liquor store before a riotous outing at a dive bar – and all just days after leaving rehab.
CCTV footage obtained by the Daily Mail showed the singer striding into Wines of the World in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, with two companions in tow.
Dressed in a plunging top, a black mini skirt and boots, Spears trailed one companion – apparently a male security guard – down the liquor aisle before pausing in front of a cooler and spinning round playfully as he opened it and grabbed a large can of alcoholic Twisted Tea.
The group then went across the street to a dive bar called the Blue Dog Tavern, where witnesses told TMZ Spears caused a scene by ‘barking’ and ‘carrying a knife’ around the establishment.
Notably, she ordered a burger at the tavern, which bar workers confirmed comes served with a steak knife. The down-market joint’s priciest bottle of wine is $38.

Witnesses at the Blue Dog said Spears was seen ‘feeding’ her male companion and appeared affectionate, telling him ‘I love you,’ though it was unclear whether the comment was serious or playful.
Restaurant staff reportedly had to intervene when Spears lit a cigarette near the entrance door.
Spears’ representative told the Daily Mail: ‘This is completely blown out of proportion. Britney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard. She was simply telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors.
‘At no point did she put anyone in danger with a knife. She was cutting her hamburger in half.
Spears was eventually escorted home by her security team. The insiders said diners didn’t realize the erratic behavior was coming from the pop star herself until after she had left.
The singer pleaded guilty to a DUI last week, just two months after her arrest.
Only days before entering the plea, she left a substance abuse rehab facility after a three-week stay.
The antics didn’t stop there: earlier this year, she was spotted tottering out of a bar clutching a champagne flute, while her Instagram feed has been filled with topless snaps.

It comes after Spears missed a rare family gathering on Saturday, where her sister Jamie Lynn’s daughter, Maddie, celebrated graduating from high school.
The pop star was notably absent from her niece’s graduation, as exclusive Daily Mail photos showed the rest of the Spears clan turning it into a family affair, with her son Preston, sister Jamie Lynn, mother Lynne, and father Jamie taking center stage.
Spears’s family members were reportedly among the first people to check in with her following her DUI arrest in March.
Family sources said that Spears’s mother, Lynne, called her as soon as she learned of the arrest, at which point the singer had already been released from custody.
Sources also said that Spears spoke with her sons, Sean Preston, and Jayden, 19, both of whom moved to Hawaii with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, in 2023, after she returned home.
Spears has had a contentious relationship with her family members for years following the end of her 13-year conservatorship in November 2021.
The pop star has faced very public personal struggles for nearly two decades.
