Kris Jenner has once again listed the iconic home where she and her family shot Keeping Up with the Kardashians (KUWTK).

The 70-year-old matriarch initially put the home up for sale in February 2025 for $13.5 million.

Now she’s made the decision to re-list the Hidden Hills, California mansion for $13 million after reevaluating whether or not to keep it as a long-term asset, per TMZ.

Last year Jenner thwarted multiple offers due to her emotional attachment to the residence, where she raised her younger kids as the tight-knit clan rose to fame.

The home’s black-and-white checkered foyer floor and double staircase is recognizable to fans of the long-running E! series.

Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate SoCal is handling the listing.

Jenner reportedly spent millions renovating the large property before listing it last year.

The famous mansion provided the setting for numerous KUWTK scenes as it aired from 2007-2021.

‘I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,’ the momager told The New York Times in 2025.

The 8,860-square-foot property features six en suite bedrooms and two additional bathrooms.

The primary suite provides spa-like experience complete with a bath with a steam shower, a private gym and a balcony overlooking the property.

It also includes a wet bar and a fireplace.

The kitchen has a La Cornue French range and the butler’s pantry includes a frozen yogurt machine.

Outside, the home is surrounded by immaculately manicured landscaping.

There’s an outdoor barbecue and dining area perfect for entertaining, and the seating area includes a fireplace.

After finalizing her divorce from Caitlyn Jenner, 76, Jenner put the property into a family trust, according to the Times.

She bought the property for $4 million in 2010, according to property records.

The talent manager has since moved to a lavish $20 million home in Calabasas, while her children have also snapped up pricey properties nearby.
