Nikki Exotika of 90 Day Fiance is recovering from another major health ailment, just six months after undergoing a ‘complicated procedure’ that allegedly resulted in ‘excessive bleeding.’
Exotika shared an update with her 1.3 million followers on Sunday, revealing that she underwent quadruple bypass heart surgery.
Exotika’s mother Myrna, also known as ‘Mama Myrna’, sought the help of her 50-year-old daughter’s fans by sharing a GoFundMe link on social media last week.
‘Hello everyone, this is @mamamyrna90day. I just wanted to update everyone on her medical condition,’ she wrote alongside an Instagram video.
‘Thank you all for being patient. I set up a @gofundme for her. We appreciate any help with her recovery. Love you and bless you all,’ the caption continued.
So far the fundraiser has collected $15,465 – about 70% of a $22,000 goal.

The TV personality said she’s a ‘survivor’ and noted that she is in recovery and rehabilitation.
She candidly shared that she is ‘still having issues with enough oxygen getting to my heart from my lungs.’
But she assured fans, ‘I’m working hard every day, getting back to a new, rebooted me.’
Exotika also wrote in a lengthy caption, ‘First and foremost I wanna start by saying thank you to everyone who sent prayers, positive messages, and @gofundme donations while I’ve been in the ICU in recovery.’
She said, ‘My lung x-ray came back and I have fluid in my lower lungs and they haven’t been able to fully expand post surgery, so now they’re deciding if they wanna suction it out..or…just keep giving me diuretics.’
The star complained of the ‘grueling and exhausting process,’ which has included ‘medications, IV’s, and blood tests all day every day.’
Still, she remained hopeful in the note, telling fans she anticipates being better by the ‘end of July/Aug’ so she can ‘hit the stage…in Europe as planned.’
Myrna disclosed on GoFundMe that prior to surgery her daughter had been ‘experiencing chest pain, heartburn, shortness of breath, and difficulty while walking and exercising,’ and later had a ‘mild heart attack.’

Exotika, a transgender woman, has spent over $1 million on cosmetic surgery over the years, including breast implants, rhinoplasty, and calf implants.
‘I’ve had over a million dollars of surgery, I only did the calculation recently and struggled to remember everything I’ve done to myself,’ she told Daily Mail in 2017.
‘My body has had gallons of silicone, I’ve spent a lot on changing everything from my head to my toes, breasts and body.
‘But it’s all paid off, because while traveling the world everywhere I go people look at me and say “Wow, look at her body, she looks like Barbie” and always want to take pictures with me.’
Nikki has several television and film credits under her belt, including appearing in an episode of Orange is the New Black and an episode of Pose.
More recently, she appeared on the 10th season of TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé with her boyfriend Justin Shutencov.
