Khloe Kardashian sparked wild plastic surgery rumors after fans appeared to spot an unusual ‘scar’ in a new Instagram video.
On Tuesday, the 41-year-old reality TV star uploaded behind-the-scenes footage of herself modeling a sports bra and low-rise joggers from her latest Fabletics collaboration.
In the clip, Kardashian could be seen posing on top of a clear bench with her abs on full display as she caressed her body for the camera.
At one point, fans pointed out what they thought looked like a liposuction scar above Kardashian’s right hip.
Liposuction is a popular surgery used to eliminate fat in specific areas of the body, thus achieving a more sculpted physique.
Kardashian has never confessed to undergoing liposuction and has, instead, credited strict diet and exercise regimens for her jaw-dropping figure.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Kardashian’s representatives for comment but has yet to hear back.

Liposuction is considered a minimally invasive procedure that uses a cannula inserted through small incisions to suction out stubborn fat.
Most common areas combatted with liposuction, include the abdomen, upper arms and the buttocks, according to the Mayo Clinic.
However, the procedure does have its risks.
In some cases, liposuction can cause ‘bumpy, wavy or withered’ skin due to ‘uneven fat removal, poor skin elasticity and scarring.’
The Mayo Clinic warns that the ‘changes may be permanent.’
These contour irregularities are often used by online sleuths as ‘proof’ that a celebrity has had lipo.

The poster boldly declared it a ‘lipo scar’ while others in the comment section voiced their overall dislike of liposuction procedure results.
While Kardashian has never admitted to liposuction, she has been open in the past about getting a nose job as well as using fillers and Botox.

She revealed every procedure she has had done in an Instagram comment last year.
She did so while replying to an Instagram user who was speculating on what she has had done to her face.
Kardashian was a good sport and said she took the post as a ‘great compliment’ before setting the record straight.
‘But here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go,’ she wrote.
Along with her 2019 rhinoplasty, Kardashian admitted to getting ‘Botox and sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek’ – a procedure that was performed in 2022 after a doctor determined the tumor was cancerous.
She also said she has had ‘laser Hair for the hairline and everywhere else.’
While Kardashian has gotten ‘filler in the past,’ she insisted in her IG comment that she has not had filler injected ‘over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so l’m sure it’s still there but calmed down).’
To achieve skin firmness and promote collagen production, Kardashian said she also has gotten ‘collagen baby Threads.’
According to the Cleveland Clinic, the nonsurgical procedure is performed by placing ‘medical-grade thread under the skin to pull the skin into position.
