On Tuesday morning, the 48-year-old actress took to Instagram to share a video of herself working out at a Pilates reformer class with her trainer.
She set the clip of her showing off her toned figure and an inside look at her fitness regimen to a hilarious audio clip narrated by Megan Thee Stallion about how difficult Pilates can be.
Wearing a tiny sports bra and the matching skintight shorts, the Scandal alum performed a series of exercises with different equipment with Pilates instructor by her side.

At one point in the clip, the musician was also heard saying: ‘You see how my legs are shaking?’

Back in 2020, it was revealed that Washington works out around five times a week.
‘She’s very dedicated to her workouts,’ her trainer Juliet Kaska previously told People before sharing that Washington has been doing Pilates for over a decade.
‘Kerry has trainers in every city, so she tries to get it in multiple times a week.’
Her fitness trainer also revealed that the actress combines Pilates with cross-training and meditation to stay healthy.
‘She’s someone who is very spiritually based, so we definitely do breathing work, and we incorporate all of it all the time,’ she added before adding that Washington started doing pilates after giving birth to her daughter Isabelle in 2014.
‘There’s something very soothing about the machinery,’ Kaska said. ‘Pilates is so associated with breath work, and it’s a mind-body workout, similar to yoga. It combines all these things at once.’
She added about Washington: ‘Like any of us, our days are full and crazy and hectic, and hers are even more so now with a child onboard, so she’s looking for something that’s going to cover all the gamuts.’
