Annie Knight, dubbed ‘Australia’s Most Sexually Active Woman’, has lifted the lid on the extensive list of plastic surgeries she has received since 2019.
The sex worker, 28, shared a post to Instagram on Thursday explaining the cosmetic procedures she has had done and the shocking amount of money she spent on them.
She also shared several before and after photos, revealing the complete physical transformation she underwent in recent years.
‘Not promoting cosmetic work or suggesting anyone should get it!’ Annie began her post.
‘These are just the procedures I wanted and I’m posting this to be transparent for anyone who might be thinking about it also.’
Annie began her cosmetic journey with lip filler in 2019, saying she ‘initially had 0.5ml filler’ five years ago, before transitioning to 1ml in 2023.

She said she gets the popular procedure ‘every 12 months’ but tells her followers that ‘everyone is different so chat to a professional’ if they are considering getting filler.
Annie says she spends $700 per visit for her lip filler.
The OnlyFans model began receiving Botox in 2020 ‘every three months as a preventative measure from wrinkles’, saying ‘it helps with my smile lines’.
That sets Annie back $500 per visit.
‘I had filler injected into my chin and the space between my lips and chin to straighten out my side profile,’ she went on to say.
She also received that procedure in 2020, paying $1,000 for it.
In June 2022, Annie had her breasts augmented ‘from a AA cup to a D cup’ with ‘300cc high profile Motiva implants under the muscle’.
She said her surgeon was Dr David Sharp, who charged her $11,000 for the procedure.

Annie finished the post by sharing a before and after photo of herself from 2019 compared to 2025, saying she has spent a total of $62,000 on her transformation
Annie went on to get Invisalign in 2023 to straighten out her teeth after they began to crowd in the aftermath of having braces.
‘I had Invisalign for six months and then composite bonding to straighten my smile,’ she said, adding that it cost her $3,000.
In August 2024, Annie underwent a nose job ‘to remove the bump and decrease the overall size as well as fixing a partially deviated septum’.
She put in a shout out to ‘Dr Shahidi’ and revealed she spent $22,000 on her surgery.
Annie finished the post by sharing a before and after photo of herself from 2019 compared to 2025, saying she has spent a total of $62,000 on her transformation.
