‘I’m kind of terrified for how emotional it’s gonna be. It’s been such a journey. It’s been my entire twenties,’ Sweeney told the outlet.
‘They’ve been my family and friends for so long. I’ve been forever grateful for all of them.’

The actress was also accompanied by former female boxer Christy Martin – whom she portrays in the upcoming movie titled Christy.
She also nibbled on a hot dog while sitting in the stands and struck a suggestive pose before chowing down on the meal with her former Immaculate co-star Kaylee McGregor.
Sweeney supported the L.A. Dodgers by wearing the team’s jersey as they took part in a match against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Also on Tuesday, she sent social media users into a frenzy when she voiced the Game 4 intro only minutes before the game began.

‘I’ve never gotten anything done. I’m absolutely terrified of needles. No tattoos. Nothing. I’m going to age gracefully.’
She added, ‘It’s really funny. I’ll see things online like “comparison pictures.” I’m like, “I’m 12 in that photo. Of course I’m going to look different. I have makeup on now and I’m 15 years older.”‘
The star also shared, ‘I play a lot of very divisive characters, and I think that a lot of people think they know me, but they don’t.
‘So when people think, “Ah, she’s a sex symbol,” or “She’s leaning into that,” I’m like, “No, I just feel good and I’m doing it for myself and I feel strong.”‘
The actress continued, ‘I hope that I can inspire other women to be confident and just flaunt what they got and feel good because you shouldn’t have to apologize or hide or cover up in any room.’

The project has received both negative and positive reviews from critics ahead of its release and currently holds a score of 69% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Earlier this month, Sweeney’s performance was applauded at the Hamptons International Film Festival – where she was the recipient of the Achievement in Acting Award for her role in Christy.
