The Block’s Mat lashed out at a producer on Saturday after netting a meagre $109,999 profit during the show’s final auction.

The 41-year-old and his friend Robby’s property only fetched $3.099 million.

The lads were bitterly disappointed with the amount, which they have to split.

After the auction, Mat hit back at a producer after they insisted he was being ‘a bit sensitive’.

‘We’re not sensitive, we’re f**ked off,’ he said before making it clear he wasn’t happy with the win.

Following their media interviews Mat said ‘that was f**ked’ as he walked away from the cameras.

Elsewhere, winners Britt and Taz told Daily Mail why it is difficult to celebrate their win after taking home an impressive $3.41 million.

The couple said they are proud of what they achieved but are disappointed the other teams didn’t get the best results.

Despite all five homes going under the hammer, the nerve-wracking auction day only saw three homes sell to successful bidders.

‘We want to be there for everyone. It’s hard work to see what happened today,’ Taz said.

He went on to say he is proud of Brit and the work they have achieved on the show.

‘I’m very proud of Britt because I wasn’t keen to get on the show… it was never the right time,’ he admitted.

The other contestants also lashed out after the final results and revealed the one big problem with this year’s auction.

Several teams claimed the reserves were too high and Adrian Portelli’s absence could be the main reason why the houses didn’t make much profit.

‘Having Adrian not attend this year, you can see the outcome. He has inflated prices and set the price so high,’ Emma and Ben added.

Sonny and Alicia also agreed, with the plumber adding: ‘The reserves were too high.’

Meanwhile, Han and Can also expressed similar views.

‘It might be a learning curve for next season, not having Portelli here,’ they added.

Robby and Mat admitted they were excited for Brit and Taz but were disappointed with their result.

‘We are stoked for them but we are disappointed we didn’t take out the win. Yes it hurts,’ Mat said.

‘A couple of hundred grand each would have been great.’

In a shock result, Western Australian couple Britt and Taz took out the top sale of the day – offloading their stylish House 3 for an impressive $3.41 million.

With a reserve of $2.99 million, the fan favourites walked away $420,000 richer – adding to that, a $100,000 bonus prize, netting them a total $520,000.

But it all went downhill from there.

Serial Block bidder Adrian was absent from proceedings, with the winning bid coming from an anonymous phone bidder, after a battle with Melbourne rich lister and IT entrepreneur, Danny Wallis.

Meanwhile, Sonny and Alicia sold their home for $3.06 million – $120,000 above their $2.94 million reserve.

Despite the small yield, the couple were happy with the result.

But not everyone walked away with a sale, as both Emma and Ben, and Han and Can, failed to attract enough interest to get their properties over the line.

In heartbreaking scenes, Emma and Ben’s home was passed in after bidding stalled at their $2.99 million reserve – and even a $3.10 million bid failed to help it generate interest.

Han and Can’s home also failed to sell, the ladies left facing the crushing reality that they were walking away from the show without having made a penny.
