The Bachelor alum Ben Higgins and his wife, Jessica Clarke, have announced that their family is growing.
The 37-year-old former reality star captioned an Instagram post on Sunday, ‘The world is blessed because @jessclarke_ is becoming a mother of two girls and Winona is so excited about becoming a big sister!’
For her part, Clarke shared a family photo and wrote on her respective account, ‘Baby girl #2 is making her debut this holiday season.’
The couple welcomed 17-month-old daughter Winona in February 2025.
In his Instagram post, Higgins joked that their family dog Waylon ‘still carries the pressure of carrying on the Higgins name.’
‘I personally am overwhelmed with joy to be experiencing it all! Higgins girl number 2 coming towards [the] end of year. In the words of Jessica’s grandma ‘when you do certain things, certain things happen,’’ he ended the note.

Higgins included an adorable snapshot of their daughter playing with a doll, a closeup photo of the tot in the grass, and an image of their dog.
When revealing their first child’s birth last year, he gushed online, ‘First, I did not realize I could be more in love and more impressed with @jessclarke_ but after the last 48 hours my heart has exploded for her and our new baby girl.
He continued, ‘Winona (Winnie for short if she’s OK with it) Elane Higgins was born at 2:53 am on 2/12. Words still are hard for me, I won’t accurately articulate what just happened.’
The proud husband and father went on to say, ‘But for the last 2 mornings I wake up feeling like it was a dream, reminding myself of the blessings of Jesus, then looking over to see Jessica and Winona and being mentally reunited with the truth that I am a dad and a husband and that we are a family.
‘Life starts again for us, a new chapter we enter into, and so many moments of lacking the words but feeling God inspired love.’
Higgins shared that they achieved their first pregnancy through intrauterine insemination (IUI).
‘We planned this, and we didn’t know how many steps we’d have to take. We didn’t know how much help we’d have to get,’ he told Us Weekly in August 2024.
‘We have a lot of friends who struggle with infertility and who struggled through the process and, just hearing from them and learning from them, we knew we wanted to plan and be ready. We set that date and we started trying, and it happened for us easier than we expected.’

Clarke has previously been open about her fertility issues, sharing she had not been ‘ovulating regularly’ before becoming pregnant the first time.
She opted for intrauterine insemination, ‘which is the step before IVF,’ she said on an episode of her and her husband’s podcast Almost Famous.
‘It took us one try of IUI, so when it comes to fertility journeys we got really, really lucky,’ she acknowledged while explaining her personal process.
Higgins publicly shared that he and his wife abstained from sex before tying the knot.
The star explained that he and Clarke share a faith in Jesus Christ that is ‘the foundation, the corner of our life,’ and that they ‘believe that sex is sacred,’ on the podcast Talking It Out.
He added that while he had previously had sex before dating Clarke, she had ‘held sex dear’ and abstained ‘her whole life’ before marriage.
