Britney Spears got back to business on Sunday with her latest dancing video following a disastrous restaurant visit days earlier.
But unlike many of the 44-year-old pop star’s dancing clips, her latest Instagram video was bizarrely silent.
Spears appeared to be showing off her moves without any music to establish the rhythm or style, and she didn’t bother layering a song on top of the video for the benefit of her 41.7 million followers.
Her latest display comes after her chaotic visit to the Blue Dog Tavern in Los Angeles’s Sherman Oaks neighborhood on Wednesday, in which she reportedly appeared to be agitated while raising her voice, yelling and making barking sounds.
Spears was later seen visiting a liquor store and stocking up on booze in security footage obtained by the Daily Mail, despite recently leaving a rehab program that she entered after her shocking DUI arrest.
She put those controversial outings aside in her new dance video, which was filmed in front of glass doors revealing the ocean in the distance and a gorgeous sunset.

Spears started the clip in the open doorway, which led out to an outdoor pool, with her back to the camera, before she twirled around dramatically.
She was dressed in a skimpy pink halter minidress that appeared to be constructed with lace, gleaming sequins and sparkling costume jewels.
The outfit featured a plunging neckline that terminated just above her navel, and she complemented her look with a pair of mauve heels.
Spears strutted toward the camera and whipped her arms side to side, before taking another quick twirl to show off her dress’s hot pink satin back.
The vast majority of her dance videos tend to feature booming, distorted music, but her latest video was oddly silent, though the ambient noise was turned up to create its own deafening white noise soundtrack that was only broken up by the sound of her footsteps.
It’s unclear if Spears might have been dancing along to music that was too soft for the video to pick it up well, or if she had earbuds in that her wild blond hair hid.
‘Brighter days!!! 🏹🤷♀️🙄,’ she captioned the video, which may have referred to the longer late-spring daylight periods.
Days earlier, sources describe a tense and unusual atmosphere as Spears caused a scene at the Blue Dog Tavern in Sherman Oaks, according to TMZ.

Patrons claimed that she told him, ‘I love you,’ though it was unclear whether the comment was serious or playful.
Restaurant staff reportedly had to intervene when Spears lit a cigarette near the entrance.
Spears’s representative told the Daily Mail: ‘This is completely blown out of proportion. She was simply telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors.’
According to the outlet’s sources, Spears was eventually escorted home by her security team.
The insiders said diners didn’t realize the erratic behavior was coming from the pop star herself until after she had left.
Left on her table was a crumpled, folded menu.

The scene underneath it also drew attention, with one witness remarking that it looked as if ‘a toddler had been there.’
As for her meal, sources said Spears ordered a burger and fries but ate very little, focusing mainly on the fries.
Several items, including what appeared to be a glass of orange juice, were left untouched.
The unusual scene quickly became the ‘talk of the restaurant,’ with one witness remarking that it could ‘only happen in LA.’
The Daily Mail has contacted the Blue Dog Tavern for comment.
The full statement from Spears’s representative reads: ‘This is completely blown out of proportion. Britney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard. She was simply telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors.
‘At no point did she put anyone in danger with a knife. She was cutting her hamburger in half.
‘This constant attack on everything that she does and this is exactly what happened 20 years ago when the media tried to depict Britney as a bad person. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop now.’

The bizarre outing comes after Spears missed a rare family gathering on Saturday, in which her sister Jamie Lynn’s daughter, Maddie, was celebrated for graduating from high school.
Spears pleaded guilty to a DUI last week, just two months after her arrest.
Only days before entering the plea, she left a substance abuse rehab facility after a three-week stay.
The antics didn’t stop there: earlier this year, she was spotted tottering out of a bar clutching a champagne flute, while her Instagram feed has been filled with topless snaps.
Amid all the drama, the pop star was notably absent from her niece’s graduation, as exclusive Daily Mail photos show the rest of the Spears clan turning it into a family affair, with her son Preston, sister Jamie Lynn, mother Lynne, and father Jamie taking center stage.
Spears’s family members were reportedly among the first people to check in with her following her DUI arrest in March.
Family sources said that Spears’s mother, Lynne, called her as soon as she learned of the arrest, at which point the singer had already been released from custody.
Sources also said that Spears spoke with her sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden, 19, both of whom moved to Hawaii with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, in 2023, after she returned home.

Lynne allegedly wanted to let the singer know that she had her support.

Jayden and Sean Preston allegedly became estranged from Spears in 2022, and they moved to Hawaii with their father the following year.
However, Spears reportedly reconciled with her sons.
Last year, Federline released the memoir You Thought You Knew, in which he spoke about how his sons developed a strained relationship with their mother after she allegedly ’emotionally traumatized’ them.
On February 12, she was photographed taking a spin around Los Angeles while she appeared to be talking on the phone, which is illegal in California under the ‘No Touch’ law.
She was not charged in relation to the incident.
It was, however, not an isolated incident for Spears, who, in recent months, was filmed swerving into the wrong lane on a highway after a night out.

More recently, Spears has been open about issues with her family, as in early February, when she claimed she is ‘scared’ of them and ‘lucky to be alive’ in a bombshell social media post.
