Jennifer Lopez has re-listed the mansion she once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

The 56-year-old entertainer has slashed the price of the home and is now attempting to sell it for about $50 million.

On Tuesday she listed it for $49,995,000 – marking her third attempt to get it off her hands, per TMZ.

It comes after Affleck, 53, surrendered his share of the property in early April.

According to legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the former couple quietly amended their property settlement last month, which was filed in January 2025.

The exes, who purchased the sprawling estate in May 2023 for $60,850,000, have been attempting to sell it since July 2024, shortly before Lopez filed for divorce.

Lopez and Affleck originally listed the residence for nearly $68 million in July 2024.

The Bronx-bred actress is now willing to take a huge loss after dropping the price by nearly $20 million.

Realtors Rayni and Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates are handling the listing.

The A-listers added a ‘stipulation and order’ to their property settlement in April to modify specific terms of their estate.

Although many of the terms remain the same, the updated ones state that Lopez ‘shall be solely responsible for all expenses [associated] with any future sale of her interest in the Wallingford Residence, including but not limited to broker’s commissions, applicable taxes, closing costs, etc.’

In addition, it’s noted that there will be a ‘transfer of property’ at some point.

Last September the exes once again attempted to sell the home they bought in cash for $60.8 million in May 2023, nearly one year into their marriage.

The pesky palace went back up for sale for $52M, well below the initial $68M asking price attached to the property in July 2024.

It came after the Kiss of the Spider Woman star and Air actor removed their house from the market in July 2025 after it had no takers.

As they struggled to get the property off their hands, they’d lowered the price by $8 million in May 2025.

They first tried selling the estate privately before going public with the listing.

Affleck vacated the Beverly Hills home in July 2024 – one month before his then-wife filed for divorce.

A previous Zillow listing described the 38,000 sq ft estate as ‘recently renovated with the highest level of quality.’

Features listed included a boxing ring and sports lounge, fully equipped gym, basketball and pickleball courts, and a bar.

There is also a 12-car garage, guest penthouse, caretaker house and a two-bedroom guardhouse.

In June 2025 an insider exclusively told the Daily Mail, ‘Ben and JLo slashed the price on their Beverly Hills mansion for $8 million less than they paid for it, but this is nothing to Ben.

‘He really just wants this to be sold so that he can cut the final cord that keeps him and Jennifer intertwined.’
