Kris Jenner proved that her $100,000 facelift was worth every penny as she cut a youthful figure at the 2026 Met Gala in New York City on Monday.
The 70-year-old momager – who recently broke silence on claims she is ‘mad’ that results of the cosmetic surgery are ‘slipping’ – joined other celebrities on the red carpet including her daughters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
The TV personality donned an ivory satin ensemble, but it was her surgically enhanced visage that stole the show.
Jenner added mascara to her lashes as well as a smoky shadow around her eyes to maximize the effect of her six-figure surgery.

A warm blush was added to better accentuate her cheekbones while a nude-colored glossy tint was worn on her lips.
Jenner made her grand arrival to the Metropolitan Museum of Art where the festivities took place and paused for a brief photo session.
At one point, she crossed paths with her daughter Kim and the pair stopped to take a few memorable snaps together.
The SKIMS founder made a bold statement wearing an eye-catching sculpted bodysuit that contained fabric that fell behind her.
Jenner’s latest appearance comes not long after she broke silence on rumors that her $100,000 facelift is ‘slipping.’
Back in May of last year, a representative for the star confirmed that she has seen celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Steven M Levine, who is known as the ‘facelift maestro,’ per Page Six at the time.
But Jenner shut down speculation that she was not happy over the results of the procedure during an episode of daughter Khloe Kardashian’s podcast Khloe In Wonderland last month.
‘Lately, it’s this headline about my facelift, which is really truly driving me crazy,’ she expressed.

‘The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I’m really mad at… I’m furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn’t be further from the truth.’
The Kardashians star continued, ‘It’s a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I’m obsessed with him.’
She further talked about the surgery and the results from her doctor by adding, ‘The goal was to do a beautiful lift and give me a refresh and do a beautiful jawline, which I achieved.’
Jenner also explained that she was addressing the rumors because they were ‘really hurting someone else,’ referring to Levine.
The reality star brushed aside negative criticism about her on the internet and social media.
‘At 70 years old, I don’t really care what someone thinks of me. I don’t need anyone’s approval. I love my face. And I’m really okay with the way I look.’
Late last year during an episode of The Kardashians, Jenner revealed the ‘only’ real thing on her face after undergoing the pricy cosmetic procedure.
While having a conversation with her daughter Kim in Paris before embarking on a shopping outing, the TV personality admitted that her nose is ‘probably the only thing on my face that’s real.’

Jenner also reflected on her facelift during an interview with Vogue Arabia that was published in August 2025.
‘I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,’ Jenner explained. ‘I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.’
She also shared her thoughts when it comes to aging and further expressed to the outlet, ‘Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.
‘If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don’t want to do anything – then don’t do anything.
‘But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.’
And during an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Jenner also explained that she decided to be open and vocal about undergoing the cosmetic procedure to prevent others from being ‘afraid.’

‘It really is somehow my way of showing people and trying to inspire others not to be afraid of surgeries that you need that are necessary or even something you wanna do because you wanna feel better about yourself.’
Back in 2011, Jenner notably underwent a facelift which was done by Dr. Garth Fisher – the same doctor who performed her daughter Kylie’s breast augmentation in 2019.
The momager has previously had other procedures in the past, such as Botox and a breast augmentation in the 1980s.
In 2018, Jenner had earlobe reduction surgery and a few years later in 2022 the star had a ‘very scary’ hip replacement.
