The Hills alum, 39, wowed in a sheer strapless black gown adorned with crystals as she arrived to the event.
Montag’s bustier-style gown showed off her gym-honed arms. The I’ll Do It singer wore her long platinum blonde tresses were slicked back into a ponytail.
The annual event notably ‘honors accomplished women and their contributions to the music industry,’ per Billboard.
The outing comes amid her husband Spencer Pratt’s campaign for Mayor of Los Angeles – one year after wildfires devastated California and destroyed their home.
Speaking of the campaign, Montag gushed to the Associated Press, ‘It’s a journey and I couldn’t be more proud of him for fighting for truth and righteousness in our family and our community and out city.’

‘I am so proud of him,’ the former reality TV star added.
