Lucia Hawley has revealed she and boyfriend Henry Poole don’t sleep in the same bed, as she exposes her bizarre sleeping rituals.
The niece of Nicole Kidman shared all the details on Sunday in an interview with Sheer Luxe, saying she is ‘really particular’ about her sleep.
‘I’m really particular about my sleep. My boyfriend and I sleep in separate rooms,’ she said as she gave a tour of her bedroom.
The presenter, 28, went on to reveal she also needs to sleep with a ‘white noise machine’ and ‘can’t wear anything except for flannel’.
‘I don’t like the texture on my skin,’ she said of other pyjama materials.
Lucia went on to show off her red flannel set from Peter Alexander which comes with a matching eye mask.

The former face of Live From E! also sleeps with a pair of ear plugs in.
‘They have to be wax as well because I don’t like the feeling of the foam ones,’ she added.
Finally, Lucia revealed she has to keep her curtains closed at a particular angle, ensuring the sheer material is left slightly open in the middle to let in a ‘sliver of light’.
It comes after Lucia shared a sweet tribute to her long-term boyfriend Henry on his birthday last year.
Lucia and Henry, who have been dating for four years, generally keep their romance private, but she shared a series of photos celebrating her beau in June.
The first showed the couple huddling close and beaming broadly as Henry held a glass of red wine.
Lucia showed off her svelte form in a pink off-the-shoulder dress, while Henry wore a blue shirt tucked into a pair of beige chinos.
The pair looked every inch the loved-up couple as they posed under an archway on a manicured lawn.

A second photo showed the couple, backs to camera, walking along a rain slick road with their arms around each other.
It appears that the couple were not able to celebrate Henry’s birthday together, with Lucia captioning the image: ‘Miss u extra today.’
A third photo showed the pair enjoying a chat via Facetime.
Henry could be seen taking time out from a dip in the ocean to chat to his ladylove.
Meanwhile, Lucia looked over the moon to be chatting to her beau, captioning the photo: ‘Never a dull moment.’
