Eminem’s ex-wife Kimberly Scott appeared out of sorts as she was seen in newly-released bodycam footage from her arrest in connection with DUI earlier this month in Michigan.

Scott, 51, was taken into custody by the Chesterfield Police Department on February 16 and hit with a pair of charges, including operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop or identify after causing property damage, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Scott — who is mother to daughter Hailie Jade, 30, with Eminem — donned a tank top and blue jeans as she chatted outside a residence with police officers.

Scott told officers that another driver in a ‘little blue car’ swerved into her lane, which she said led her to have ‘no choice’ or room, but to careen her Range Rover into a pickup truck in the lane to her right.

‘I didn’t see the pickup truck, but I felt the impact and my car felt the impact,’ Scott told police.

The Daily Mail has reached out to the Chesterfield Police Department for further info on this story.

Scott was married to Eminem from 1999 to 2001, and they were married a second time for a few months in 2006; he is pictured onstage on June 6, 2024, in Detroit

Asked if she had been consuming alcohol or narcotics, Scott said, ‘No.’

Officers pointed out to Scott that she had made contact with her garage door with her vehicle.

Scott told police said she had been distracted by the ‘screaming and yelling’ children in the Range Rover, as they thought they were being followed.

Asked when the last time she drank was, Scott said, ‘An hour, two hours, maybe three hours ago.’

Police asked Scott to retrieve her insurance information, and conducted a search of the vehicle, which led them to discover alcohol.

Scott, a native of Warren, Michigan, was clad in a hooded zip-up sweater in a seperate part of the video, in which she was seen submitting to a preliminary breath test.

After breathing into a device, Scott was placed into handcuffs, at which time she asked police to notify her family of what was happening.

Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ that Scott’s alleged crash occurred around 8 p.m. ET on Monday, February 16.

Scott — who had reportedly gotten sober after battling addiction for years — was said to have departed her home with her teenage son, Parker, who was accompanied by three of his friends in the car.

Scott has been charged with two charges, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop or identify after causing property damage, according to court documents obtained by TMZ

The group was reportedly going out shopping, but their trip was suddenly interrupted when Scott allegedly crashed into a car that was parked on the street.

According to the publication, sources said Scott didn’t stop the vehicle and instead continued driving, but instead of continuing on the shopping trip, she drove back to her home.

Then Scott allegedly crashed her car a second time as she pulled into her driveway, but failed to stop and slammed into her garage door.

A photo dated from Monday that was obtained by TMZ showed what was allegedly Scott’s white Range Rover after it had crashed into the garage door, which was partially caved in.

The vehicle appeared to have a smashed passenger-side headlight, and the bumper was damaged and partially ripped off the vehicle, though it wasn’t clear which of the alleged crashes may have caused the majority of the damage.

According to the publication, one of Scott’s neighbors, who claimed to have seen the crash, put in a call to police.

After they arrived, Scott was reportedly taken to a hospital for unspecified injuries, then discharged early on Tuesday morning.

Scott’s life was once a magnet for controversy, particularly during her romances with Eminem (real name: Marshall Mathers III), to whom she got married twice.

Scott shares her daughter Hailie Jade Scott, 30, with Eminem. He adopted her child Stevie Laine Scott, who was born between their relationships, in 2002. The rapper also adopted his niece Alaina Marie Scott, 32, the daughter of Kim’s sister Dawn, who died in 2016; pictured in 2007

The two were introduced in 1987 and began dating years later, before tying the knot in 1999.

The marriage was short lived, and the two divorced in 2001, but they later reunited and remarried in 2006, only to split again later that year.

In 1995, Scott and Eminem welcomed a daughter, 30-year-old Hailie Jade Scott.

Scott later had her son Parker with another partner, and she and her then-boyfriend, Eric Hartter, welcomed their child Stevie Laine Scott in 2002, between her relationships with Eminem.

However, the rapper later adopted Stevie in 2005 after he and Scott reunited. Hartter died in 2019.

Eminem also adopted Alaina Marie Scott, 32, who was the daughter of his ex-wife’s sister Dawn Scott.

He adopted her in the early 2000s, and Kim’s sister — who had battled drug addiction for years — died in 2016.
