Kim Kardashian’s eldest daughter does not attend a regular school but is rather homeschooled at her Hidden Hills, California mansion.
The 45-year-old Kim – who has North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and six-year-old Psalm with ex-husband Kanye West – explained she is helping the pre-teen follow her interests with ‘realistic courses’ such as a brand-building class.
Appearing on her sister Khloe Kardashian’s Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, the star explained: ‘She had an idea of making hats and making jewelry … so we made it a course. It’s been so fun to see her blossom.’
North is also taking a course in music, which has helped her ‘bond’ with her father.
The reality TV star said: ‘The music side and the producing isn’t my thing, and that’s her bonding with her dad… But we have to communicate about how North moves through this world.

‘Respecting [Kanye’s] opinion on the things that go on with his kids is really important.’
The Skims founder dismissed the idea that she views her eldest daughter as her ‘bestie’.
She said: ‘I think like the one misconception that people might have is like, Oh, she’s trying to be her bestie and lets her get away with a lot. Like, no, Northy actually has a lot of rules.’
Earlier this week, the tween rapped about her piercings and ‘skipping school.’
The track, Piercing on My Hand (Ye Version), was written with her rapper dad, Kanye West, and appears to be North’s response to all the negative comments over her piercings.
‘Piercing on my hand, the other holding bands, no friends, just filter, you wouldn’t understand,’ North rhymes.
‘Went to school for two days, then I got banned/Skipping school, yeah, I do it on the daily,’ she goes on. ‘Got some new rings, yeah, they’re so crazy.
‘All my friends are hits, you know I’m not lazy/You’re so angry that I’m so mainstream. I’m not sure I’m crazy/I want more piercings and tats/I love blue hair put it in some plaits/Put the music to the max/I want like a hundred thousand racks,’ raps North, who posted the clip on sister Chicago’s 8th birthday.

It is not known for sure if the piercings are real or whether they are fake glue-on versions.
The tween first revealed a dermal piercing on her middle finger last August consisting of two small silver balls below the knuckle on her middle finger.
Unlike traditional piercings, dermal piercings are body jewelry anchored under the skin’s surface by a base.
North’s mom has faced backlash for letting her daughter get piercings at her young age due to the potential risks that come with it, including infection, scarring, allergic reactions. The body’s response can even push out the anchor from the skin.
Now the young social media star appears to have added two more finger piercings to her collection.
In a photo shared to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, January 13, North unveiled what looked like two dermal piercings on her left middle finger and left ring finger.
Just like her right hand, she now has two small silver balls sticking out of each finger near her knuckles.
North was seen posing with her fist aimed straight at the camera, obscuring most of her face.
She flaunted the long and straight blue hair she’s been wearing as of late and was dressed in a pricey Balenciaga T-shirt and sunglasses.

The child further accessorized her look with the flashy diamond skull and cross bones chain necklace that her mom gifted her for Christmas.
Fans have taken issue with the pre-teen’s piercings and fashion choices and put part of the blame on her SKIMS founder mom.
North has clapped back, posting a video that showed her lip-syncing to a song with the lyrics, ‘Why are you crying? How old are you? Just pull it together.’
‘This is for everyone that’s mad over a finger piercing,’ North captioned the clip.
