Katie Price has been warned she faces being booted out of her new £4,500-a-month home if the plush property becomes a second ‘Mucky Mansion’.

The Daily Mail can reveal neighbours have already expressed their concern the former model, 47, is already turning the new-build into an eye-sore having accumulated piles of rubbish which have been dumped outside of the house.

The mother-of-five has only been living in the swanky converted barn near Horsham, West Sussex, for a matter of months after a short spell living in a second rental property.

Price was forced to sell her original ‘Mucky Mansion’ which she hoped to redevelop as part of a TV makeover series, but was evicted due to financial issues and a second bankruptcy declaration in March 2024.

And now residents fear her latest property may become equally undesirable.

A source said: ‘Katie should be careful as the owners won’t stand for any mess.

‘She does not own this property so she needs to ensure it’s kept up standard.

‘People living here are concerned leaving piles of rubbish outside the house may attract rats and therefore that becomes an issue for surrounding properties.

‘Katie can’t treat the exterior land like some sort of dumping ground.’

On Wednesday, aerial pictures of the three-bedroom property revealed bin bags, debris and junk strewn around the outside and dumped at the rear of the property.

But 24 hours later the unsightly rubbish appears to have been cleaned up.

The property, which comes with its own equestrian facilities, is understood to be owned by a syndicate of developers Mark Hogan, 59, Gary Hall, 58, and Andrew Allen, 61, who are all jointly directors of a firm called Brasii Manco (Lodge Farm) Ltd.

According to neighbours, the company specialises in renovating derelict farm buildings and converting barns into homes.

One neighbour said: ‘They’ve got a knack of renovating old rural buildings into high-end homes. They do it very well by all accounts.’

Katie’s famous Mucky Mansion – which she bought in 2014 from Tory peer Francis Maude – was put on the market and later sold after she was evicted due to financial issues and a second bankruptcy declaration in March 2024

The firm refused to comment when contacted by The Daily Mail.

Katie has already become a familiar face to people in the village.

An elderly resident said: ‘I’ve been her in the village. She seems very friendly and as long as she fits into the way of life round here then I’m sure she’ll be very welcome.

‘I think people are always looking for her to take a step out of line.’

The former Loose Women star purchased her original Mucky Mansion from Tory peer Francis Maude in 2014 for £1.35m.

The property was sold for around £1.15m last year to furniture tycoon James Mercer, despite Katie’s hopes of attracting higher bids.

Katie didn’t see a penny for the sale as it will be swallowed up by the debts she previously ran up against the Sussex home.

Talking about Mucky Mansion she said: ‘I’ve had nothing but bad memories in that house,’

and insisted moving will be the start of a new chapter in her life.

Last week The Daily Mail revealed Katie had split from boyfriend JJ Slater after almost two years together.

She ended the romance after realising she didn’t see a future with the former reality star, 14 years her junior.

Insiders say cracks in their relationship had become ‘too obvious to ignore’ in recent months, despite Katie insisting they were going strong.

The mother-of-five has now accepted their romance has run its course, and JJ, 32, will not become husband number four.

They began dating in February 2024, after JJ rose to fame on E4’s Married at First Sight UK.

On Wednesday, she broke her silence on the split by posting a series of cryptic poems and quotes about soulmates and relationships on her Instagram Stories

The first, from Mike Poetry read: ‘They say falling in love takes time. But it’s not true. Falling in love only takes the right person – the one who knows exactly what you need, without having to ask.’

Another post was about recognising your soulmate and the ‘divine’ signs a person will notice when they meet them.

Finally, Katie shared another quote which read: ‘My mum always says when you meet the male version of yourself is when you meet the love of your life.’
