Charlotte Dawson showed off her incredible two stone weight loss as she shared inspiring comparison snaps on Instagram on Saturday.
The former Ex On The Beach star, 33, who is mum to Noah, four, Jude, two and Gigi, six months, with Matthew Sarsfield, flaunted her stunning post-baby body.
The star wore a flattering black swimming costume which she paired with a fun brown fur hat and brown boots.
Charlotte told fans how she lost 1st 13lbs in just five months between July and December in which a ‘before’ snap showed her in a yellow bikini.
Promoting her weight loss business @chazzasbellehblasters, she penned the post: ‘Can really see a difference from these pics!!! Wowza so proud of myself.’
Charlotte also shared a clip with fans where she confessed to gaining 4lbs over Christmas as she stood in a purple and workout set with her youngest Gigi.

She said: ‘I’ve put on 4lbs over Xmas and I’m actually buzzing becasue that isn’t even as much as I have done before.
‘I’ve enjoyed myself and don’t ever feel guilty about that!! And I’ve just come on my pezza [period].’
Charlotte added: ‘So I am gonna set myself a target to lose 1st in six weeks. By the end of January I want to lose one stone.
‘I feel like I’m getting there and I’m loving seeing your messages saying “oh my god I can really see a difference”, “you’re smashing it, you’ve done so well”.
‘I’m getting that lovely recognition but it’s honestly making me feel better because i can actually slither up on my size 16s now, so they’re getting big now I’m a size 16, I’m entering the size 14 and it’s great.
‘I’m actually back in my size 14 like clobber which is fabulous. So yeah, I’m setting myself a task to lose a stone in six weeks, I reckon I can do it.’
Earlier this month Charlotte shared three snaps showing her in a chic velvet jumpsuit – with one showing her at her smallest, a second before she had started her weight loss journey and a third depicting her current body.
She wrote: ‘The blubber is gettin blasted!! Tbh this one’s been the hardest after bubba #3 but I’m dead proud I’ve nearly lost 2 Stone so far. Cannot wait to slither that jumpsuit right up me!…

‘I’m SO chuffed I’ve managed to keep dropping the timber even at this time of year with parties and events. Tbf the BB plan is dead easy to follow – with normal food and short fun workouts.’
She went on to plug her Belleh Blaster workout, which she attributes for her weight loss, with a 12 week plan costing punters £12.50.
Her latest body update comes after Charlotte shut down rumours she has split from her fiancé Matt Sarsfield after enjoying a night out in Manchester last year.
The TV personality was seen for the first time since her reported split from her fiancé in December 2025 with reports suggesting the pair had called it quits after a blazing row following the launch of her tanning brand on Thursday night.
However Charlotte took to Instagram to insist they have not split.
She shared a snap with Matt and wrote: ‘it’s not true we are still together we even got matching tattoos of Noah jude & Gigi and proud of our BIG launch last night!!’.
Taking to her Instagram Story she told fans she had had the ‘worst week ever’. She continued: ‘I have lost my voice from all the shouting at the launch party last night.
‘We are not at all [split up]. We had our launch party last night, launching the lip kits. We were meant to launch the perfume sets but Matthew didn’t get them on the website in time, typical man! I can’t wait to go to bed, I am shattered’.
She and Matt have been together for eight years but were said to have split after a blazing row following the launch of her tanning brand.
