Jess Glynne has reportedly quit Jay-Z’s management company Roc Nation just 18 months after she split from record label EMI.
The singer, 36, has reportedly gone separate ways to Roc Nation just three years after she signed with them, according to The Sun.
She is believed to now be receiving guidance from Craig Logan, who runs Logan Media Entertainment.
The move to the former ’80s star’s company means that she is now on a roster alongside Pink, Dido, Louise and Beverley Knight.
A music insider told the publication: ‘Jess hasn’t had the easiest situation in music.
‘She has found it hard to get a team behind her who she feels really gets who she is and what she is aiming for.

‘Now she has Craig and his firm, there are fresh ideas coming through thick and fast.’
Earlier this year, she reportedly suffered a huge blow after her first album in nearly six years failed to reignite her music career.
The songstress, who previously scored a whopping seven UK No1s, parted ways with record label EMI after her third record, Jess.
It was released in April 2024, debuted at No. 6 before crashing out of the charts entirely a week later.
Jess signed with the label, who also represent the likes of Taylor Swift and Rihanna, to much fanfare in 2022, but after her first release with them failed to garner any Top 40 singles, their ‘less than fruitful’ relationship came to an end.
A source told The Sun: ‘Jess knows plenty about having massive hit singles, so there was a lot of excitement when she signed her deal with EMI Records.
‘But it’s not exactly been the fruitful relationship that either had hoped.
‘The album didn’t do as well as anyone wanted, and none of the singles even graced the Top 40 She’s had a tough time reintroducing herself to the public after a few years away.

Before adding: ‘Both she and the label decided it was for the best to stop working together. But Jess isn’t letting it dampen her spirits. She is already working on new music and is planning her next moves.’
Jess’ previous albums 2015’s I Cry When I Laugh and 2018’s Always In Between, both topped the UK charts and spawned numerous hit singles.
In 2015, she appeared on Clean Bandits’ song Rather Be, which won her a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Recording and Ivor Novello Award.
She’s also collaborated with the likes of Little Mix and Tinie Tempah, as well as appearing as a judge on The Voice Australia.
Recently, Jess has been enjoying her romance with sports presenter Alex Scott.
The couple have been together for two years and they reunited about a fortnight ago after Alex jetted home early from Brisbane following her stint in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The sports presenter left the I’m A Celebrity process early to fly back to the UK to support Jess after her mother suffered a major stroke which left her needing brain surgery.
Celebrities are meant to stay in Australia for the entire duration, until the final contestant is voted off, but Alex broke this to go home and support Jess.
Jess revealed that she wasn’t able to travel to Australia to meet Alex on the bridge like loved ones usually do because her mother has been unwell.
Alex was the first star to be evicted from the jungle and was soon back in England and headed for a cosy coffee with her partner.
