When Christina Aguilera appeared on The Jennifer Hudson show last week some viewers were left doing a double take as she showed off her incredible, age-defying appearance.
Dancing to her 2002 hit Dirrty, the star – who celebrates her 45th birthday on December 18 – wore a tight white mini dress and red thigh-high boots while strutting her stuff in a way that was reminiscent of her 2001 Lady Marmalade music video.
Viewers afterwards remarked on X: ‘Does she age? Wow!’, ‘Looking like 90s Christina’… ‘She has never looked better OMG’.
Her recent appearances have left fans chattering about rumours that she might have undergone plastic surgery on her face to achieve her transformation – and now the Daily Mail has been given an exclusive insight into this from a top aesthetics doctor.
Her strikingly trim figure has also sparked rumors among fans who wondered if she may have turned to Ozempic-like drugs to help her impressive 50lb weight loss.
So how does she look better than ever as she celebrates turning 45?

Her recent appearances and posts have left fans chattering about rumours that she might have undergone plastic surgery or be using weight-loss jab Ozempic
The star first sparked Ozempic rumors back in May of this year as she showed off her significant weight loss.
‘So Christina Aguilera found an Ozempic pen and now she just needs to find a pen to give us a classic hit,’ one fan penned.
However, others came to her defense, with one writing, ‘All this talk about Christina Aguilera and her body is really gross. Christina has always been thin, she was naturally thin as a teenager.’
‘Her body fluctuated throughout the years as it does when [one gets] older, live[s] and [has] kids. Ozempic or not. She looks amazing. Leave her alone, f***.’
In October she sparked concern with the weight loss as she attended Barry’s Bootcamp, a workout studio in West Hollywood, for a collaboration and to celebrate the 25th anniversary of her self-titled, debut album.
For the event, she slipped into a skin-tight bodysuit with knee-high, leather boots.
Shortly after, the Genie In A Bottle hitmaker shared her own footage from the event with a montage of fun clips of herself arriving at the studio and meeting attendees.
In the comments section, Instagram users flooded her comments section with remarks about her weight loss.

Some fans questioned if she actually exercised, asking what if she ‘never stepped in a gym’ and just used Ozempic to lose weight.
A clip from the function sparked widespread discourse on X, formerly Twitter, as fans speculated that she was taking her Ozempic usage too far and now looks like she’s ‘sick.’
Following the speculation, she has since commented on the ‘media’s obsession’ with her weight over the years during an interview with Glamour in August.
‘When you’re a teenager, you have a very different body than when you’re in your 20s,’ she informed the outlet.
‘I started to fill out, and then that was unacceptable because it was like, ‘Oh, she’s getting thicker.’ Then I had industry people: ‘They liked your body and how you were as a skinny teenager.”
However, as she has grown older, Christina revealed that she does not let comments about her weight affect her.
‘I have a maturity now where I just don’t give a f*** about your opinion. I’m not going to take it on.’
The mother-of-two added, ‘It must be your responsibility to take up your space. Other people’s opinions of me are not my business.’

While Aguilera’s weight has fluctuated over the years, her recent transformation has continued to fuel rumors of Ozempic usage (seen right in 2023)

In terms of cosmetic procedures, Dr Richard Devine, an aesthetic doctor and founder of Devine Clinic, has exclusively told The Daily Mail how he thinks she has achieved her look.
Dr Devine made his conclusions after reviewing photographs of Christina, he has never personally treated her.
He told us: ‘Christina Aguilera’s transformation is a great example of how aesthetics can look natural and beautifully done when approached in the right way.
‘Just a few years ago, her face appeared noticeably fuller and puffier, particularly through the lips and cheeks, creating that familiar ‘pillowed’ look often associated with too much filler.
‘Looking back at older images of Christina, her underlying face shape has always remained the same. She naturally has a rounder face with contoured cheeks and a strong jawline. What changed over time was the level of volume, especially in the lips, which does suggest she had lip filler at some point.
‘What’s striking is how quickly she then moved away from that look. To achieve such a dramatic shift in a short space of time, the filler would almost certainly have needed to be dissolved rather than simply left to fade.
‘Around the same time, Christina also appeared to lose a noticeable amount of weight, leading to speculation around weight-loss injections, which are known to affect facial fullness as well as body weight.
‘Despite this, her face doesn’t look hollow or tired, which is where the skill really shows.’
He added that while there has been speculation that her sharp jawline could be the result of a facelift, there are no obvious signs of the tell-tale scarring around the ears that you would normally expect.
He said that instead, the lift and definition could just as easily be down to non-surgical skin-tightening treatments or subtle structural support.
He added: ‘Christina looks incredible, and her transformation is a reminder that the best aesthetic work doesn’t shout. When it’s done well, you don’t see the treatments – you just see someone looking confident, refreshed and very much themselves.’
London-based aesthetics doctor Dr Jonny Betteridge – after looking at photographs of Christina but also not treating her – previously said he suspects the mother-of-two has undergone a face lift, eyelid surgery and extensive dental work.
‘The change in weight in such a short period of time could be attributed to Ozempic use and I also think she would have dissolved all the filler in her face before then undergoing some surgical treatments,’ he said.
In a recent viral TikTok video, the former emergency medicine doctor commented on the stark difference between Aguilera’s look now, compared to her ‘pillow face’ appearance seen in 2022.
‘A few years ago, she went through a phase of having too much dermal filler which gave a pillow face like appearance,’ he said.
‘We could predominantly see this in the midface, cheeks and lips.

‘As time went on, a combination of too much dermal filler and an overall change in her weight led to this facial fullness.’
De Betteridge also added: ‘If we compare her 18-year-old self to now at 43, the main changes I can immediately see are her nose — it’s much sharper and lifted.
‘She has more proportionate lips both in relation to the upper and lower lip so we can attribute this to filler and also the dental work as well, with veneers.
‘Most notably an upper blepharoplasty to remove excess eyelid skin and I think an endoscopic facelift.’
An upper blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift, is an invasive procedure where surgeons make an incision along the natural eyelid crease to remove excess skin, giving a more taut look free of wrinkles.
