The AFL star, 25, who reunited with former flame Tammy Hembrow, 31, in Manly on Friday, was filmed in the company of another woman in the coastal Sydney suburb on the same day.
A TikTok user uploaded a short clip showing Bailey and his companion making their way to Manly Beach.
While there were no public displays of affection in the video, the couple looked relaxed in each other’s company as they enjoyed a sunny Sydney day.
Bailey cut a casual figure, stepping out in a light blue polo shirt and a pair of jean shorts for the outing.
His lady friend, meanwhile, wore a pair of navy blue pants and a sleeveless orange top.

The TikToker captioned the clip with a hopeful: ‘#baileysmith spotted in Manly with his new missus’. However, there was nothing in the clip to suggest the pair were romantically linked.
Followers, however, seemed more interested in commenting on Bailey’s sense of style.
‘This bloke’s always wearing the same outfit,’ one offered, while another chimed in with a similar: ‘Is he always in that shirt and jorts combo or???’
It comes after Bailey and Tammy were back in each other’s company on Friday, following a whirlwind romance earlier in the year.
The couple looked chuffed to be in each other’s company as they were spotted leaving the Manly Pacific Hotel on Friday morning.
Despite appearing comfortable together after their brief romance, the pair seemed keen to keep the meeting under wraps.
As they emerged from the hotel, Tammy could be seen surreptitiously scoping the scene for potential witnesses to the reunion.
Bailey also looked to have brought some gifts to their meeting, with the AFL star seen stepping out of a car carrying what appeared to be a box of bakery treats.

The romance reportedly fizzled after a few dates, with friends claiming Bailey pulled the pin after hearing stories about her past relationship with ex-husband Matt Zukowski.
