The lingerie business owner, 34, needed an emergency operation in September after suffering complications from a hysterectomy.
She underwent the procedure in July after ‘surviving’ years of pain due to PCOS and endometriosis, but was admitted to A&E in September after the stitches where her cervix had been sewn up had ruptured, leaving her in pain, bleeding and close to passing out.
However on Friday night, Katie looked a picture of health as she stepped out for a glitzy event, with her husband’s, 63, arm around her.
She looked gorgeous in a strapless black gown and boosted her height with pointed heels.
She accessorised her glamorous look with statement silver necklace and let her dark tresses fall in loose waves.

Since 1996, Chain of Hope has been working towards a long-term goal that all children, wherever they are born, have access to quality cardiac care in their own countries.
Last year the gala raised over £1.7million for children with heart disease in developing and war-torn countries.
