Aaron Paul has officially said au revoir to Los Angeles.

The Breaking Bad alum exclusively revealed to the Daily Mail at The Only at 1850 by American Express party during F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix that he, his wife, Lauren Paul, and their two young children, have relocated to Paris.

‘Paris is awesome,’ Aaron, 46, gushed before sharing that he has not yet mastered the French language and can only say a few phrases like ‘bonjour’.

‘We went out there for the kiddos,’ the actor further explained, adding that he and Lauren, 38, ‘always dreamt of doing a year abroad’.

‘We just always wanted to be around a completely different culture,’ he shared.

The Pauls were pushed to make their abroad aspirations sooner rather than later, though, because of the harrowing wildfires that ravaged California earlier this year.

Many celebrities, including Adam Brody and Anna Faris, were directly affected by the natural disaster.

Although Aaron and Lauren were fortunate to not be among that group, they decided to not take any chances for the future.

‘When the fires happened in LA, we just knew that we were done with LA, so we sold our house in LA and moved to Paris,’ Aaron said.

The Pauls’ lavish home in Los Feliz, California, was put on the market for $10million in July, according to People. The property has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, and sits on 1.5 acres located just near the historic Griffith Park.

Aaron told the Daily Mail that he is enjoying his time in Europe so much that he, his wife and their kids may extend their stay abroad to more than a year.

Paris, in particular, holds special significance for the Pauls, as that is where Aaron proposed to Lauren on New Year’s Eve in 2012. The couple then tied the knot a year later in Malibu, California, but hosted a Parisian carnival theme wedding.

Aaron continues to travel to the states frequently for work, though. Aside from his entertainment endeavors, he also co-owns The Only, a caviar business, and co-founded the mezcal brand Dos Hombres with his former co-star Bryan Cranston.

The ‘El Camino’ alum told the Daily Mail that he and Cranston ‘talk every day’ and noted that the starry duo have never taken a cent from their company.

‘At Dos Hombres, we’ve never taken a salary,’ Aaron said. ‘We’ve never made money off of it. It’s a misconceived sort of notion. We don’t take a salary. All that money goes back directly into the company.’

The Need For Speed star then quipped, ‘We’ve only hemorrhaged money into the company.’

Dos Hombres launched in 2019 and, since then, Aaron and Cranston, 69, have made several appearances all over the US in order to promote it.

‘There’s no weekends for us,’ Aaron said. ‘We just pound the pavement and do the work. It’s why you see us on the market out there, pushing it.’

The former Breaking Bad co-stars’ hard work is not in vain, as Dos Hombres proudly honors a ‘give back’ initiative that raises funds for environmental sustainability and community support in the Oaxaca region of Mexico, where the mezcal is produced.

‘I grew up in a very loving household, very loud household,’ Aaron shared with the Daily Mail. ‘A lot of siblings and then once I started making money — look, if you can give back, you absolutely should.’

Aaron is one of many celebs who flocked to Sin City for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, which showcase F1 favorites Lando Norris, Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen and many others hitting the track for the competitive race.

Other star sightings have included Nina Dobrev, Sarah Paulson and Gordon Ramsay, who hosted a private trackside lunch at his Hell’s Kitchen restaurant inside the Caesars’ Palace hotel Friday.

The British chef, 59, was overheard joking that he could not pick an F1 driver to root for because it’s like ‘saying who’s my favorite child’.
