Britney Spears sparked fan concern after revealing a ‘horrible’ leg injury in her latest Instagram video, following a recent visit from her two sons.
The singer, 43, shared a clip of herself dancing in her home, wearing a bedazzled pink mini dress and sporting a white bandage on her right knee.
In her caption, Spears — whose erratic home life in her ‘messy mansion’ was recently laid bare by family insiders — explained that she ‘fell down the stairs’ and her leg ‘snaps out now and then’ adding she’s ‘not sure if it’s broken.’
The star — who looked close to tears at one point in the video — also sported large bruises on both her arms.
‘My boys had to leave and go back to Maui … this is the way I express myself and pray through art … father who art in heaven … I’m not here for concern or pity, I just want to be a good woman and be better … and I do have wonderful support, so have a brilliant day !!!’ she wrote in her caption.
She added: ‘Psss I fell down the stairs at my friend’s house … it was horrible … it snaps out now and then, not sure if it’s broken but for now it’s snapped in !!!Thank u god.’

But despite her leg injury, Spears – whose 13-year conservatorship finally ended in 2021 – was seen wearing black heels in the clip.
Additionally, she also wore two white fingerless gloves.
Her blonde hair was partly pulled back and cascading down her shoulders and back.
At one point the star was seen walking up to her piano and strumming a few notes.
The post left fans concerned, with one writing on X, ‘Hope she’s getting good care and rest.’
‘Oh no, that sounds painful!’ someone else added.
‘Poor thing,’ another chimed in.
‘Britney needs help, that was painful to watch.’
Later on in the day, Spears shared another video, wearing two different looks.
One was a plunging one-piece cheetah bathing suit with side cut-outs. She did not have the leg bandage in the clip.
The other look was a bedazzled gold crop top and matching bottoms, which she paired with beige boots. The bandage was visible on her knee in that particular clip.

It’s not clear when both of her boys — Sean, 20, and Jayden, 19 — were visiting with their famous mom, following a period of a two-year estrangement.
She shares her sons with 47-year-old former back-up dancer Kevin Federline, who now lives in Hawaii with the boys.
Spears divorced Kevin in 2007 after only two years of wedded bliss, and he amassed $5M in support payments during the 17 years he had primary custody of their children.
In June, she posted a video with Jayden, sharing she bought him a brand new Mercedes AMG SL 63 roadster valued at $187K, as they continued to reconeect.

Worryingly, Jayden never let go of his iPhone while driving the silver sportscar and glanced down at the screen at least twice during her video despite California’s hands-free driving laws.

Federline is said to be pursuing a career in music production, and her team is concerned he may be taking advantage of Spears and her industry connections.
‘Everybody is wary that he is using her for financial gains and for his career,’ a source exclusively told the Daily Mail.
Meanwhile, Sean remains ‘guarded’ after her ‘favorite’ son Jayden confessed to the Daily Mail in 2022 that she ‘struggled giving us both attention and showing us equal love.’
‘We’ve both been through so much pressure in the past that this is our safe place now, to process all the emotional trauma we’ve been through to heal, heal our mental state,’ Federline explained.
It comes amid news that Spears has enraged Hollywood bosses with ‘erratic’ antics, causing a stall un the production of her biopic.
Two years ago Spears dropped her bombshell memoir, The Woman in Me, and launched a fierce bidding war over the rights to adapt the tell-all book into a Hollywood movie.
Universal Studios ultimately won out in August last year, buying the rights to produce the first authorized biopic about the pop star, with Wicked director Jon M. Chu set to direct the film.
But 13 months later, an inside source has exclusively revealed to the Daily Mail that production on the film has stalled – or rather, it has barely began.
Between the director’s busy schedule – which will surely only ramp up when the highly anticipated second installment of Wicked is released to cinemas in November – and Spears’s increasing ‘erratic’ behavior, the insider shared that it still may be some time before any casting announcement is made.
‘There isn’t much movement on the project,’ the source told the Daily Mail.

Another source from Spears’s family said they were ‘worried,’ adding the star is ‘not doing well at all’ and that those close to her are ‘terrified for her future.’
‘Her house is a mess. She doesn’t clean up after the dogs, she doesn’t have someone there cleaning every day, and she just isn’t functioning like an adult would function.’
