Newlywed Francesca Packer went make-up free as she enjoyed an outing on a luxury yacht with her mother Gretel Packer in Mallorca following her recent wedding to businessman Robert Bates.

The billionaire heiress, 31, was spotted stepping off the yacht in Palma de Mallorca  on Tuesday after arriving on the Spanish island the day prior.

Francesca cut a casual figure, dressing in a flowing black maxi dress paired with flat sandals and an oversized handbag slung across her shoulder.

She looked to be in good spirits as she took in the sights and carefully made her way across the marina and onto a smaller vessel while spending the sun-soaked day with her mother.

Meanwhile, Gretel also opted for a relaxed European summer look, wearing white pants, a navy striped knit top and a blue cap as the pair explored the city centre together.

At one stage, Francesca was seen carefully balancing herself as she stepped between boats at the marina while clutching her designer handbag.

The newlywed appeared make-up free for the outing and swept her brunette locks back into a ponytail as she enjoyed the low-key day on the water.

Francesca looked engrossed in conversation with her mother as the pair wandered through Palma’s picturesque waterfront district.

The mother-daughter duo later returned to their luxury yacht after spending much of the afternoon exploring the Spanish island city’s bustling centre.

The European getaway comes as Francesca continues celebrating her marriage to Robert after the pair quietly tied the knot in Australia earlier this month.

The understated outing comes just weeks after Francesca and Robert got married at Ellerston, the Packer family’s opulent 30,000-hectare estate.

The couple said ‘I do’ in front of just 18 guests, including Francesca’s mother Gretel, grandmother Roslyn and her father, Nick Barham.

Nick’s second wife, Miss World contestant Karen Carwin, was also among the guests at the three-day party at the estate.

Francesca opted for a non-denominational, civil ceremony, with Gretel reportedly walking her down the aisle.

Her younger brother, Ben, is believed to have acted as a groomsman, as did Francesca’s half-brother William.

Members of Robert’s family were likewise in attendance at the intimate celebration.

A major motivation for holding the wedding on home turf was the health of Francesca’s grandmother, who is reportedly suffering mobility issues after two hip replacements and two knee replacements, news.com.au reports.

The socialite originally planned to marry Robert under a full moon in Spain.

Francesca originally planned a three-day celebration to align with the lunar cycle, with the festivities ending on the night of July 29, when the full moon emerges.

The plans are inspired by Francesca’s ‘interest in spirituality and crystals’, the Daily Telegraph alleged.

While the Spanish celebration will go ahead, it turns out that Packer will already be married when she greets her guests.

Packer will reportedly next celebrate at a hens’ party in Mallorca on June 16, with the ‘unconventional’ event combining both the hens and bucks nights.
